Your use of Activate The Space LLC. All software is on the terms of the license in effect for the software at the time of purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable license at the time that you install the software. Any software that has been installed is not returnable or refundable.

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Activate The Space LLC.-branded product, please contact Activate The Space LLC. Technical Support at 1-800-306-0620 ext 2.

If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Non-Activate The Space LLC. Branded/Third-Party Products If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer of such third-party product directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. Please note that products sold through the Digital Signage Store by Activate The Space LLC. that do not bear the Activate The Space LLC. brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with the terms and conditions packaged with the products. Activate The Space LLC.'s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Digital Signage Store by Activate The Space LLC. branded, even if packaged or sold with Digital Signage Store by Activate The Space LLC. products.

General Return and Refund Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your Digital Signage Store by  Activate The Space LLC. purchase of a product, please call 1-800-306-0620 ext 1 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). All authorized returned items must be sent to Digital Signage Store by Activate The Space LLC. location at the sole cost of the customer and must be in the original undamaged packaging the product was received in. Digital Signage Store by Activate The Space LLC. reserves the right to deny any refund based on the condition of the product returned to it. In addition, Digital Signage Store by Activate The Space LLC. reserves the right to replace any defective and or damaged products that are deemed to be covered under Digital Signage Store by Activate The Space LLC.

Special Order Products 4. Custom Built products 5. Opened CPU's 6. Opened Software 7. Electronic Software Downloads 8. Software upgrade subscription products.

Note: Digital Signage Store by Activate The Space LLC. recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Digital Signage Store by Activate The Space LLC. or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
